SLOW COOKER HERBED BABY POTATOES

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 ½ pounds baby dutch potatoes
  • 2 T olive oil
  • 1 t salt
  • 1 t dill
  • ¼ t pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley for garnish, optional

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Wash and dry potatoes
  2. Toss with olive oil, salt, pepper and dill
  3. Cover and cook on high for 2-4 hours or low for 5-8 (the large range in cooking times is to accommodate the wide range of sizes for potatoes. The smaller they are the faster they cook)
  4. Garnish with parsley if desired
