|1 1⁄2 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast|
|2 cup spicy salsa|
|2 cup sharp cheddar cheese|
|1⁄2 cup green onion|
- Place chicken breast in a 4-5 quart slow cooker. Top with salsa. Cover and cook on Low for 5-7 hours. 40 minutes before serving, turn slow cooker to High and sprinkle with cheddar cheese and green onions. Replace lid and cook for 40 another minutes, until cheese is melted.
