Slow Cooker Spicy Salsa Chicken

INGREDIENTS

1 12 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast, thinly sliced
2 cup spicy salsa
2 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
12 cup green onion, chopped

 

DIRECTION

  1. Place chicken breast in a 4-5 quart slow cooker. Top with salsa. Cover and cook on Low for 5-7 hours. 40 minutes before serving, turn slow cooker to High and sprinkle with cheddar cheese and green onions. Replace lid and cook for 40 another minutes, until cheese is melted.
