Slow Cooker Tapioca Pudding

INGREDIENTS

4 cup milk
23 cup white sugar
12 cup small pearl tapioca
2 egg, lightly beaten

 

DIRECTION

  1. Stir together milk, sugar, tapioca, and eggs in a slow cooker. Cover and cook on Medium for 3 hours or on Low for 6 hours, stirring occasionally. Serve warm.
