“baked” potatoes in a slow cooker

Ingredients:
  • Tin foil
  • Well-scrubbed potatoes
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt
Directions:
Getting started is simple and easy, the whole prep will only take you 5 minutes:
1. Scrub the potatoes well, then poke holes in the sides with a fork
2. Rub your extra virgin olive oil all over the potatoes
3. Add salt to taste, as well as any of the other herbs we suggested
4. Tightly and individually wrap each potato
5. Let cook in the slow cooker on high for 5 hours, or low for 7-8 hours
