slow cooker parmesan honey pork roast

Ingredients
1 (2-3 pound) boneless pork roast
⅔ cup grated Parmesan cheese
½ cup honey
3 Tbsp soy sauce
2 Tbsp dried basil
2 Tbsp minced garlic
2 Tbsp olive oil
½ tsp salt
For the gravy
2 Tbsp cornstarch
¼ cup cold water
For an extra juicy roast, we suggest adding a pinch of chilli powder. This will add a little kick, compliment the garlic and soy sauce wonderfully, and something about the chilli powder always helps keep that extra juiciness inside the meat.
Directions
1. Spray your slow cooker with a non-stick cooking spray and place the roast inside
2. Mix your glaze together in a bowl, and pour it on top of the roast
3. Cook roast on low heat for 6-7 hours
4. Remove meat onto serving platter and then cover to keep it warm. Next, skim the fat from the cooking juices and transfer the juices to a small saucepan.
5. Bring the juice up to a boil and add water and cornstarch. Stir for about 2 minutes to get it nice and gravy-thick.
