SLOW COOKED HASSELBACK POTATOES

Ingredients:

6 Medium Russet Potatoes
1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1 Tbsp Parsley

Directions:

Slice the potatoes into thin slices to the base. Place them in the slow cooker and sprinkle cheese on top. Cover and cook on high for 3 hours until potatoes are tender. Sprinkle the parsley on top before serving.
