- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
- 2 cup salsa
- 2 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- Spray a slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray. Place chicken in the slow cooker and top with salsa. Cover and cook on Low for 4-5 hours.
- Remove the cover, sprinkle cheddar cheese over the chicken, re-cover, and continue to cook for 1-2 hours more or until the cheese is very melted and the chicken is tender and cooked through.
