Crock Pot Pork Roast and Sauerkraut

INGREDIENTS

    • 2 lbs pork roast
    • 1 (27 ounce) cans sauerkraut, rinsed and drained
    • 1 (1 1/4 ounce) packages dry onion soup mix
    • 2 cups water
    • 1/2 cup brown sugar

DIRECTIONS

  1. Place pork roast in crock pot.
  2. Pour sauerkraut over pork roast.
  3. Sprinkle the onion soup mix and brown sugar over the pork and sauerkraut.
  4. Pour the water over everything.
  5. Cook on low for 24 hours.
  6. Serve over mashed potatoes.
