Slow Cooked Garlic Mashed Potatoes


3lbs white potatoes (washed and cut into 3 inch chunks, skin on)
3 garlic cloves (use in a garlic press)
2 Tbsp olive oil
1 cup water
1/2 cup skim milk
1/2 cup fat free sour cream
salt and pepper


Place cut potatoes, garlic, oil, salt, pepper and water in slow cooker for 3-4 hours on high, or under potatoes are fork tender

Once cooked mash potatoes, add milk and sour cream
