Slow cooker mushroom wild rice

525ml water
200ml beef stock
1 (400g) tin French onion soup
275g mushrooms, chopped
110g butter, melted
190g uncooked brown rice
160g uncooked wild rice



  1. In a slow cooker, combine all ingredients; stir well.
  2. Cover and cook on low for 7-8 hours or until rice is tender.
