Crock Pot German Style Brats


4 pounds bratwurst
5 bottles of German Beer, 12oz each
2 pounds sauerkraut, drained
6 apples  cored and thinly sliced
1 white onion, sliced
Black Pepper


1. Combine brats, beer, sauerkraut, apples, onion and black pepper in crock pot. Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours or high 3-4 hours.
