CROCK POT SUN DRIED TOMATO AND KALAMATA OLIVE PASTA RECIPE

Ingredients:

2 1/2 cups penne pasta, uncooked
1 jar marina sauce, 24 oz
1 cup water
1/2 cup kalamata olives, halved
1/4 cup sun dried tomatoes, chopped
1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped

Directions:

1. Combine pasta, sauce, water, olives and sun dried tomatoes in your crock pot
2. Cook on low for 3.5 to 4 hours, until pasta is tender
3. Stir occasionally while cooking, add cheese and basil right before serving.
