2 pounds red potatoes, cut into 1/2 inch wedges
1/4 cup onion
1 1/2 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
2 tbsp butter, cup into pieces
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated works best
1. Add potatoes, onion, oregano, salt, pepper and butter to crock pot.
2. Cook on high for 4 hours, transfer to serving platter
3. Sprinkle with Parmesan Cheese
We only had Parmesan Cheese pieces and they were a bit large for the potatoes. Next time I will use the grated Parmesan Cheese so it blends better onto the potatoes.
