CROCK POT STEAK STROGANOFF RECIPE

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 tbsp Flour
  • 1 tsp Pepper
  • ½ tsp Garlic Salt
  • 2 pounds chuck roast, cut into 1½ in cubes
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 10¾ oz
  • ½ cup water
  • 1½ tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 2 cups chopped onions
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 cup mushrooms, quartered
  • 1 cup sour cream

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Egg Noodles or cooked rice
  2. Directions
  3. Combine flour, pepper and garlic salt in crock pot
  4. Place beef cubes in the flour mix and toss until meat is well coated
  5. Combine Cream of Mushroom, water, Worcestershire sauce, onions and garlic in bowl stirring until well combined
  6. Stir soup mix into beef cubes in crock pot
  7. Cook on low for 6-7 hours
  8. Stir in mushrooms and sour cream, cover and cook for 10 additional minutes
  9. Serve over hot egg noodles or rice
