INGREDIENTS:
- 2 tbsp Flour
- 1 tsp Pepper
- ½ tsp Garlic Salt
- 2 pounds chuck roast, cut into 1½ in cubes
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 10¾ oz
- ½ cup water
- 1½ tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 2 cups chopped onions
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 cup mushrooms, quartered
- 1 cup sour cream
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Egg Noodles or cooked rice
- Directions
- Combine flour, pepper and garlic salt in crock pot
- Place beef cubes in the flour mix and toss until meat is well coated
- Combine Cream of Mushroom, water, Worcestershire sauce, onions and garlic in bowl stirring until well combined
- Stir soup mix into beef cubes in crock pot
- Cook on low for 6-7 hours
- Stir in mushrooms and sour cream, cover and cook for 10 additional minutes
- Serve over hot egg noodles or rice
