CROCK POT SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 40oz cans of Sweet Potatoes, drained and mashed
  • ⅓ cup butter, melted
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • 2 tbsp Brown Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Orange Juice
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • ½ cup milk
  • ⅔ cup brown sugar
  • ⅔ cup chopped pecans
  • 4 tbsp flour
  • 4 tsp butter, melted

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Combine Sweet Potatoes, ⅓ cup butter, 2 tbsp butter, 2 tbsp sugar and 2 tbsp brown sugar
  2. Beat in Orange Juice, eggs and milk, transfer to crock pot
  3. Combine pecans, ⅔ cup brown sugar, flour, butter, and whisk together
  4. Spread over the top of the sweet potatoes
  5. Cover and cook on high for 3-4 hours
