CROCK POT TATER TOT BREAKFAST CASSEROLE RECIPE

Ingredients:

1 bag frozen tater tots, 32 oz
1 pound ham, cubed
1 yellow onion, diced
1/3 cup green bell pepper, diced
1/3 cup red bell pepper, diced
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
12 large eggs
1 cup milk
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper

Directions:

1. Place 1/2 of the tater tots in the bottom of the crock pot
2. Top tater tots with 1/2 of the ham, onion and bell pepper, top with 1/2 the cheese
3. Repeat with the rest of the tater tots, ham, onions, bell pepper, and cheese
4. Whisk together eggs, milk, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Pour over the top
5. Cook on low for 10 hours
