- 2 lb. cocktail weiners
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1 c. ketchup
- 1/2 c. bourbon
- 1/3 c. finely chopped shallot (from 1 small)
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- In a small slow cooker, combine cocktail weiners, brown sugar, ketchup, bourbon, shallot, and garlic. Stir to combine and cover.
- Cook on high until the bourbon smell has cooked off, 6 hours.
- Serve with toothpicks.
