SLOW-COOKER CORN ON THE COB

INGREDIENTS:

    • 1 can coconut milk, 15 oz
    • 1 small onion, chopped
    • 1 clove garlic, minced
    • 1 teaspoon pepper
    • ½ teaspoon salt
    • 2 tablespoon butter
    • 5 sprigs fresh thyme, whole
    • 4 ears of corn

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. In a crockpot place corn, coconut milk, butter, salt, pepper, onion, garlic, and thyme.
  2. Cook on high for 2 hours.
  3. Drain.
  4. Serve with butter, chopped cilantro!
