Slow Cooker Sausage, Potato and Cabbage
1 head cabbage, diced
2-3 potatoes, peeled and diced
1 onion, diced
2 cups carrots, diced
14 oz – Kielbasa Sausage, sliced
1 cup chicken broth
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
2 tbsp vinegar
2 tbsp mustard
salt & pepper to taste
Step 1: Add vegetables and sausage to slow cooker.
Step 2: In separate bowl mix chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, vinegar and mustard.
Step 3: Pour mixture over vegetables.
Step 4: Salt and pepper to taste.
Step 5: Cook on low 6-8 hours or until potatoes and carrots are tender.
