Ingredients:
- 4 large thin-skinned limes (approx. 250g)
- 4 cups ice-cold water (950ml)
- 2 cups ice cubes
- 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk (150g)
Instructions:
- Wash the limes thoroughly using a vegetable brush to remove wax. Slice off the ends (nubs) and cut each lime into eight wedges, keeping the skin on.
- Place the lime wedges and the ice-cold water into a high-speed blender. Pulse on high for exactly 20 to 30 seconds until the mixture is chunky and pale green.
- Immediately pour the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve into a large pitcher. Use a spoon to press the pulp to extract all lime essence, then discard the solids.
- Rinse the blender and return the strained lime water to the jar. Add the sweetened condensed milk and ice cubes. Blend on high until the drink is thick, frothy, and fully emulsified.
