Ingredients:
- 450g (1 lb) fully cooked frozen beef meatballs
- 15 ml (1 tbsp) neutral oil
- 280g (10 oz) red pepper jelly
- 120 ml (0.5 cup) Heinz style chili sauce
Instructions:
- Place a 12-inch non-stick skillet over medium heat with the neutral oil.
- Whisk in the pepper jelly and chili sauce. Stir constantly until the jelly has completely melted and the sauce begins to bubble.
- Add the meatballs into the bubbling sauce. Increase heat to medium-high.
- Toss the meatballs frequently to ensure full coverage. Simmer for 8–10 minutes until the sauce has reduced into a thick glaze and meatballs are heated through.
- Serve immediately.
