Ingredients:

  • 450g (1 lb) fully cooked frozen beef meatballs
  • 15 ml (1 tbsp) neutral oil
  • 280g (10 oz) red pepper jelly
  • 120 ml (0.5 cup) Heinz style chili sauce

Instructions:

  1. Place a 12-inch non-stick skillet over medium heat with the neutral oil.
  2. Whisk in the pepper jelly and chili sauce. Stir constantly until the jelly has completely melted and the sauce begins to bubble.
  3. Add the meatballs into the bubbling sauce. Increase heat to medium-high.
  4. Toss the meatballs frequently to ensure full coverage. Simmer for 8–10 minutes until the sauce has reduced into a thick glaze and meatballs are heated through.
  5. Serve immediately.
