Ingredients:
- 2 lbs frozen pre-cooked beef meatballs
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
- 3/4 cup ketchup
- 3 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
- 4 cloves garlic, minced fine
Instructions:
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine the honey, brown sugar, ketchup, soy sauce, and minced garlic. Whisk vigorously until the brown sugar granules have dissolved and the mixture is smooth.
- Place the frozen meatballs into the bottom of the slow cooker.
- Pour the garlic glaze evenly over the meatballs and stir gently to ensure every meatball is fully submerged in the sauce.
- Cover and cook on Low for 4 hours or High for 2 hours until the sauce has thickened into a syrupy glaze and meatballs are steaming hot.
- Give the meatballs one final stir just before serving to evenly distribute the sticky glaze.
