Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs frozen pre-cooked beef meatballs
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 3/4 cup ketchup
  • 3 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced fine

Instructions:

  1. In a medium mixing bowl, combine the honey, brown sugar, ketchup, soy sauce, and minced garlic. Whisk vigorously until the brown sugar granules have dissolved and the mixture is smooth.
  2. Place the frozen meatballs into the bottom of the slow cooker.
  3. Pour the garlic glaze evenly over the meatballs and stir gently to ensure every meatball is fully submerged in the sauce.
  4. Cover and cook on Low for 4 hours or High for 2 hours until the sauce has thickened into a syrupy glaze and meatballs are steaming hot.
  5. Give the meatballs one final stir just before serving to evenly distribute the sticky glaze.
